        近日,中侨启迪成功向印度某大型糖厂交付一套高效智能污水处理系统,该设备日均处理污水量达1000吨,核心工艺采用先进的气浮机技术,并搭载行业领先的自动化电控系统,实现了从加药、反应到pH调节的全流程智能化控制,助力印度客户实现高效、稳定、低成本的废水治理目标。

        

        气浮技术的核心原理是 “溶气释气,气泡黏附” 。通过向水中注入大量微细气泡,使其与污水中的污染物(如絮凝体、油脂颗粒)相互粘附,形成整体密度小于水的“气泡-颗粒”复合体。在浮力作用下,这些复合体迅速上浮至水面,从而形成浮渣层,通过刮渣机将其清除,实现污染物的高效分离。

        其工艺流程主要分为三个关键步骤:

  • 溶气系统: 在高压条件下,将空气强制溶解于回流水(或原水)中,形成溶气水。

 

  • 释气系统: 高压溶气水通过独特的溶气释放器 进入常压的气浮池中。压力骤降使得水中过饱和的空气以极其微细气泡(直径20-40微米)的形式骤然释放,形成乳白色的“微气泡群”。

 

  • 接触分离区: 微气泡与经过前段加药(如PAC、PAM)反应后形成的絮凝体充分混合、接触、黏附。黏附了气泡的絮团快速上浮,清水则通过底部的集水系统排出。

 

        值得一提的是,该系统的自动化电控部分在设计上极具创新性与实用性。控制柜采用左右分体式布局,左侧为变频控制柜,右侧为智能主控柜,整体结构紧凑、布线清晰,摒弃了传统污水处理系统中常见的外接复杂线路,极大简化了现场安装流程,提升了施工效率。系统特别针对印度地区多雨气候,进行了专业的室外防雨设计,确保设备在恶劣环境下仍能稳定运行。

        Recently, Zhongqiao Qidi successfully delivered a set of efficient and intelligent sewage treatment system to a large sugar factory in India, with an average daily sewage treatment capacity of 1,000 tons. The core process adopts advanced air flotation machine technology and is equipped with an industry-leading automatic electronic control system, which realizes the intelligent control of the whole process from dosing, reaction to pH adjustment, and helps Indian customers achieve the goal of efficient, stable and low-cost wastewater treatment.
 
        The core principle of air flotation technology is "dissolved air release, bubble adhesion". By injecting a large number of fine bubbles into water, they can adhere to pollutants (such as flocs and grease particles) in sewage, forming a "bubble-particle" complex with an overall density less than that of water. Under the action of buoyancy, these complexes quickly float to the water surface, thus forming a scum layer, which is removed by a slag scraper to achieve efficient separation of pollutants.
 
        Its technological process is mainly divided into three key steps:
 
        Dissolved air system: under the condition of high pressure, air is forcibly dissolved in the circulating water (or raw water) to form dissolved air water.
 
        Air release system: high-pressure dissolved air water enters the atmospheric air flotation tank through a unique dissolved air releaser. The sudden drop of pressure makes the supersaturated air in water suddenly release in the form of extremely fine bubbles (20-40 microns in diameter), forming milky "microbubble groups".
 
        Contact out District: The microbubbles are fully mixed, contacted and adhered with the flocs formed after the reaction of previous dosing (such as PAC and PAM). Floccules adhering to bubbles quickly float up, and clear water is discharged through the water collection system at the bottom.

        It is worth mentioning that the automatic electronic control part of the system is very innovative and practical in design. The control cabinet adopts split layout, with frequency conversion control cabinet on the left and intelligent main control cabinet on the right. The overall structure is compact and the wiring is clear, which abandons the common external complex lines in traditional sewage treatment systems, greatly simplifies the field installation process and improves the construction efficiency. The system is specially designed for rainy climate in India, and professional outdoor rain protection is carried out to ensure the stable operation of the equipment in harsh environment.
