A sewage treatment equipment unit with a daily treatment capacity of 120 cubic meters set off from a modern workshop in Weifang, Shandong, crossing the ocean to arrive in the Philippine archipelago, bringing clean water environment to the local community—this is a classic practice of Shandong Zhongqiao Qidi Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongqiao Qidi") in exporting integrated sewage treatment equipment, and a vivid microcosm of Chinese environmental protection equipment "going global."

As an archipelagic nation composed of over 7,000 islands, the Philippines faces unique challenges in water resource management. The increase in domestic sewage from rapid urbanization, seasonal sewage fluctuations in tourist resorts, and the practical dilemma of lacking municipal pipeline networks on remote islands collectively constitute a rigid demand for efficient distributed sewage treatment equipment. In terms of structural design, the equipment adopted a container-type integrated structure. The main frame used high-quality carbon steel treated with a four-layer protective system of sandblasting rust removal, epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint, and polyurethane topcoat, achieving an overall anti-corrosion grade of C5-M high standard, fully capable of adapting to the harsh corrosive environment of the Philippine maritime climate. Internal pipelines used UPVC and PP materials, which are corrosion-resistant, scale-free, and have low flow resistance, all connected with flanges for convenient later maintenance and replacement. The electrical control system was designed to IP65 protection grade, with key electrical components from internationally renowned brands, and equipped with lightning protection and moisture-proof modules to ensure operational safety in tropical thunderstorm-prone areas.
