Integrated design reduces site work

Integrated wastewater treatment equipment combines equalization, biological treatment, solids separation, disinfection, and selected sludge-handling functions within one or more factory-built modules. Main structures, internal piping, electrical components, and control logic can be assembled before shipment, leaving foundation positioning, external piping, power connection, and commissioning for the site. Optimized tank partitions, hydraulic flow, and process integration allow multiple treatment functions within a limited footprint. Equipment may be installed above ground, semi-buried, buried, containerized, or skid-mounted according to site conditions. Integrated equipment is not a fixed-flow standard tank. Domestic sewage may use AO, MBBR, or AO plus MBR. Catering and food wastewater may require oil separation, coagulation, or dissolved air flotation before biological treatment. Healthcare wastewater requires source control and disinfection, while selected industrial wastewater may need pH, toxicity, salinity, or refractory-compound management. Correct configuration uses COD, BOD, ammonia, total nitrogen, suspended solids, grease, and flow variation to determine effective volume, aeration, recirculation, and pretreatment.

Factory production supports quality control

A controlled factory environment supports inspection of materials, dimensions, welding, coatings, PP extrusion welds, piping tightness, and panel wiring. Tank geometry, membrane modules, scouring aeration, and suction controls can therefore be coordinated. Automation simplifies daily operation

A PLC can control lift pumps, blowers, recirculation, sludge wasting, dosing, membrane suction, and backwash according to levels and operating sequences. The HMI displays equipment status, manual and automatic modes, parameters, and alarm history. ZhongQiao Enlightenment's independently developed Chaos Cloud IoT platform supports cloud monitoring, operation, analysis, and management for remote projects. Automation does not replace field inspection, but it makes the operating logic easier to understand and reduces the time required to communicate and diagnose faults.
