东南亚地区作为全球人口密度最高、经济增速最快的区域之一，污水处理基础设施建设需求极为旺盛。2026年初，山东中侨启迪环保装备有限公司成功交付了出口菲律宾的PP一体化污水处理设备项目，处理规模50m³/d，成为公司出口污水处理设备助力东南亚治污的又一典型案例。

该项目位于菲律宾吕宋岛某沿海旅游度假区，度假区内设有酒店、餐饮和娱乐设施，日常产生大量生活污水。由于度假区远离市政管网，污水长期未经处理直接排入附近海域，对海洋生态环境和度假区的旅游形象造成严重影响。菲律宾当地环保部门于2025年出台新规，要求所有沿海旅游设施必须在2026年底前建设独立的污水处理系统，出水达到菲律宾DENR（环境和自然资源部）DAO 2021-19号标准。

中侨启迪技术团队在项目前期对度假区污水进行了详细的水质检测分析。检测结果显示，进水COD浓度为280-420mg/L，BOD₅浓度为150-220mg/L，氨氮浓度为25-38mg/L，总磷浓度为4-7mg/L，SS浓度为180-260mg/L，属于典型的高浓度生活污水。同时，菲律宾地处热带，年均气温28-35℃，高温高湿环境对设备的耐腐蚀性和生物处理的稳定性提出了更高要求。

基于水质分析结果和当地环境条件，中侨启迪为该项目设计了"预处理+AO+MBBR+沉淀+消毒"工艺路线，核心设备选用PP一体化污水处理设备。设备主体采用公司自产的一体成型PP新材料罐体，聚丙烯材质的化学惰性使其在热带高湿环境中无需任何防腐处理即可长期稳定运行，设计使用寿命20年以上。整套设备由调节池、厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池（内置MBBR填料）、二沉池、消毒池和设备间组成，整体占地面积仅18平方米，高度集成的设计使设备能够灵活安装在度假区有限的用地范围内。

在生化系统设计方面，技术团队在好氧池中投加了中侨启迪自产的MBBR填料，构建"活性污泥+MBBR"复合生化系统。MBBR填料的有效比表面积大于500m²/m³，为微生物提供了充足的附着生长空间，在热带高温条件下维持了高效的生物降解能力。同时，AO工艺的前置缺氧段有效实现了反硝化脱氮，好氧段的硝化液通过内回流返回缺氧池，总氮去除率达到75%以上。消毒单元采用次氯酸钠消毒方式，确保出水粪大肠菌群数达标。

设备安装调试阶段，中侨启迪派出一名技术工程师赴菲律宾现场指导。得益于PP一体化设备的模块化设计和预组装工艺，从设备就位到通水调试仅用时5天，极大缩短了施工周期。设备投入运行后，出水COD稳定低于50mg/L，BOD₅低于20mg/L，氨氮低于5mg/L，总磷低于1mg/L，SS低于15mg/L，各项指标全面优于菲律宾DENR DAO 2021-19号标准要求。

在运维保障方面，中侨启迪的"混沌云"物联网平台为该项目提供了远程监控能力。度假区管理人员通过手机APP即可实时查看设备运行状态和出水水质数据，无需配备专业环保技术人员。当系统检测到异常时，自动报警信息同步推送至管理人员的手机和中侨启迪国内运维团队，工程师通过云端远程诊断并指导处理，实现了远距离的高效运维支持。

Export Wastewater Treatment Equipment Empowers Southeast Asian Water Treatment

As one of the most densely populated and fastest-growing economic regions in the world, Southeast Asia has an extremely urgent demand for wastewater treatment infrastructure construction. In early 2026, Shandong Zhongqiao Enlightenment Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully delivered a PP integrated wastewater treatment equipment project for export to the Philippines, with a treatment capacity of 50 m³/d, becoming another typical case of the company's export wastewater treatment equipment empowering Southeast Asian water treatment.

The project is located at a coastal tourist resort on Luzon Island in the Philippines. The resort features hotels, dining, and entertainment facilities that generate large volumes of domestic sewage daily. Due to its remote location from the municipal sewer network, sewage had been discharged directly into nearby coastal waters without treatment for an extended period, severely impacting the marine ecosystem and the resort's tourism image. The Philippine Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) issued new regulations in 2025 requiring all coastal tourism facilities to establish independent wastewater treatment systems by the end of 2026, with effluent meeting the Philippine DENR DAO 2021-19 standard.

Zhongqiao Enlightenment's technical team conducted a detailed water quality analysis of the resort's wastewater during the project's preliminary phase. Test results showed influent COD concentrations of 280-420 mg/L, BOD₅ concentrations of 150-220 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen of 25-38 mg/L, total phosphorus of 4-7 mg/L, and SS of 180-260 mg/L, representing typical high-concentration domestic sewage. Additionally, the Philippines' tropical climate, with average annual temperatures of 28-35°C and high humidity, placed higher demands on equipment corrosion resistance and biological treatment stability.

Based on the water quality analysis and local environmental conditions, Zhongqiao Enlightenment designed a "pretreatment + AO + MBBR + sedimentation + disinfection" process route for the project, with PP integrated wastewater treatment equipment as the core unit. The main equipment body uses the company's self-produced integral molded PP new material tank. The chemical inertness of polypropylene enables long-term stable operation in tropical high-humidity environments without any anti-corrosion treatment, with a design service life of over 20 years. The complete system consists of an equalization tank, anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank (with built-in MBBR media), secondary sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, and equipment room, with a total footprint of only 18 square meters. The highly integrated design allows flexible installation within the resort's limited available space.

In terms of biochemical system design, the technical team introduced Zhongqiao Enlightenment's self-produced MBBR media into the aerobic tank to construct a composite "activated sludge + MBBR" biochemical system. The MBBR media has an effective specific surface area greater than 500 m²/m³, providing ample attachment space for microbial growth and maintaining efficient biodegradation capacity under tropical high-temperature conditions. The pre-positioned anoxic section of the AO process effectively achieves denitrification, with nitrified liquor from the aerobic section returned to the anoxic tank via internal recirculation, achieving a total nitrogen removal rate of over 75%. The disinfection unit employs sodium hypochlorite disinfection to ensure effluent fecal coliform compliance.

During the installation and commissioning phase, Zhongqiao Enlightenment dispatched one technical engineer to the Philippines for on-site guidance. Thanks to the modular design and pre-assembly process of the PP integrated equipment, the period from equipment positioning to water commissioning took only 5 days, significantly shortening the construction timeline. After the equipment began operation, effluent COD remained consistently below 50 mg/L, BOD₅ below 20 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen below 5 mg/L, total phosphorus below 1 mg/L, and SS below 15 mg/L, with all indicators fully exceeding the Philippine DENR DAO 2021-19 standard requirements.

In terms of O&M support, Zhongqiao Enlightenment's "Chaos Cloud" IoT platform provided remote monitoring capabilities for the project. Resort management personnel could view real-time equipment operating status and effluent quality data through a mobile app without needing to employ specialized environmental technicians. When the system detected anomalies, automatic alarm notifications were simultaneously pushed to the management's phones and Zhongqiao Enlightenment's domestic O&M team, with engineers performing remote diagnosis and guided troubleshooting via the cloud, achieving efficient long-distance O&M support.

The successful delivery of this project not only resolved the marine ecological pollution caused by the resort's direct sewage discharge but also provided infrastructure safeguards for the resort's sustainable development. The resort management highly praised the treatment performance and after-sales service of Zhongqiao Enlightenment's export wastewater treatment equipment and plans to implement the same solution at its three other resort properties.

The successful application of Zhongqiao Enlightenment's export wastewater treatment equipment in the Philippines epitomizes the company's efforts to empower Southeast Asian water treatment.
