150方/天地埋一体化污水处理设备是专为中小型医疗机构定制的污水处理设备,单日最大处理水量150立方米,适配乡镇医院、社区综合医院、专科门诊、康养医院等医疗机构。医院污水含有致病菌、病毒、抗生素、有机物及悬浮杂质,具有传染性强、水质波动大、污染物复杂的特点,普通净水设备无法满足处理标准。该设备采用一体化集成设计,严格遵循《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB18466-2005),可高效净化医疗污水,杜绝污水污染及公共卫生安全隐患,是中小型医院污水治理的主流设备。

设备采用成熟稳定的A/O生化+深度消毒工艺,专为150m³/d医疗污水水量、水质特性优化设计,运行稳定、抗冲击负荷强。整套工艺流程科学高效,首先通过机械格栅拦截污水中纱布、棉签、塑料杂物等大块杂质,保护后续水泵及管路设备。污水进入调节池,均衡全天水质水量波动,消除医院集中排水、诊疗废液瞬时排放带来的水质冲击,同时预曝气除臭,保障后续生化系统稳定运行。

随后污水进入缺氧池,通过反硝化微生物完成脱氮处理,分解污水中大分子有机物及残留医用药剂,提升污水可生化性,降低污染物毒性。再进入好氧接触氧化池,池内高密度生物膜可快速分解污水中的COD、BOD、氨氮等核心污染物,大幅降解有机污染物质。相较于传统污水处理工艺,该工艺污泥产量低,减少了医院污泥无害化处置的频次与成本。生化处理后的污水流入斜管沉淀池,通过重力沉降截留悬浮污泥,污泥部分回流至前端生化池,剩余少量污泥定期外运灭菌处理。
消毒是医疗污水处理的核心环节,设备末端配套全自动消毒系统,采用二氧化氯投加消毒模式,药剂与污水充分接触反应,彻底灭杀粪大肠菌群、致病细菌、病毒等有害微生物,精准控制出水余氯,确保出水达标排放。整套流程自动化运行,搭配PLC智能控制系统,可实现水泵、风机、消毒设备自动启停,无需专人值守,仅需定期巡检维护,运维简单、运行成本低,契合中小型医院人力配置特点。

The equipment adopts an overall buried closed box structure, mainly made of anti-corrosion carbon steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) with multiple anti-corrosion and anti-seepage treatments. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, settlement resistance and tight sealing performance, effectively preventing sewage leakage and odor diffusion after underground installation.
Integrating a complete set of processing units including pretreatment, biochemical treatment, sedimentation purification and disinfection and sterilization, the equipment requires no large-scale civil construction and can be installed by integral hoisting with a short construction cycle.
The main body is buried underground, and the ground space can be used for greening and passage planning without occupying the effective operating space of the hospital. It operates with no noise and peculiar smell, causing no impact on the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment environment, which makes it highly suitable for small and medium-sized medical institutions with limited campus space.

The biochemically treated sewage flows into the inclined tube sedimentation tank to intercept suspended sludge through gravity sedimentation. Part of the sludge flows back to the front biochemical tank, and a small amount of residual sludge is regularly transported out for sterilization and harmless treatment.
